(Take the Chester exit off of the Innerbelt -- Go east on Chester)
From Chester Ave. turn north (toward Lake Erie) on East 30th or East 36th St.
Take the first right onto Perkins AvenueThe center is on the north (left) side of the road, two buildings east of East 36th St.
The parking lot is east of the building and has a black iron fence around it.
The entrance to the center is half way down the building under a green & white stripe canopy just to the left of Dock A.
